Quality assurance

Quality assurance is a term that is commonly used but rarely implemented in a way that gives practical benefits for stakeholders. At CTS Advertising, we have implemented a service quality assurance process that means no project goes live unless it is free from any fault or mistake.

The process involves a group of our senior professionals reviewing every project that is about to go live to check that:

There are no typographical, grammatical and/or spelling errors in the text.

There are calls to action throughout the project to encourage readers/visitors to make further enquiries

The content management system (where provided) is functioning properly.

We will refund all fees received if we can not deliver what we promised at the end of project.
